Product Overview
This PCBA is a brushless DC motor drive controller specially designed for treadmill equipment. It controls the speed and running status of the treadmill brushless motor, widely adopted in commercial & household treadmill systems.
Main Components & Functions
Main Power Circuit Large-volume main electrolytic capacitor for DC bus energy storage and ripple filtering. High-power MOSFETs constitute the three-phase inverter bridge, which converts DC power into 3-phase AC to drive the brushless motor. The aluminum extrusion heat sink is mounted directly on power MOSFETs to dissipate heat continuously during long-time running of treadmill.
Control & Signal Section Main MCU chip collects motor hall position feedback signal, implements FOC or sine-wave vector algorithm to adjust motor rotating speed smoothly. High-frequency power inductor + small MLCC and electrolytic capacitors build auxiliary power supply for the MCU and peripheral chips. YONGWEI relay serves as power switch, used for power-on protection and emergency cut-off of the treadmill. Yellow safety capacitor and blue varistor work for surge & EMI suppression on AC input side.
Interfaces White plastic plug terminal blocks: power input, motor three-phase output, sensor signal and communication interfaces. Easy wiring for treadmill assembly line production.
